How to use
In oil, fry onion, ginger garlic paste, 1 kg mutton/chicken, 50 g (4 tbsp) powder,tomato, turmeric powder & salt. If you wish, can add coconut paste.
Can also be used for cauliflower, potato, egg, mushroom, tomato gravies. 25 g (2 tbsp)

Salem chicken / mutton kolambu podi is a superb product where ever I didn’t see any places this kind of podi ,only salem famous for this podi. Not only for non veg, when i use it veg kuruma ,radish and kohlrabi gravy it’s aroma and taste was chance less. All must should try this podi .
